Hotel Huerto Del Cura - Elche

We spent 4 nights in a lovely spot surrounded by palm trees. The breakfast was really good, heaps of choice. Just wished the room had better sound isolation, though.

Spa area for guests, overall very good service. Sensational continental breakfast with outstanding choices.

Delightful garden location, very relaxing to have a few drinks by the pool in the tropical landscaped scenery. For the (off-season) price, a real bargain. I've never experienced so much comfort for such a reasonable price.

Though it was enjoyable to walk through the gardens surrounding the hotel grounds, Elche itself could get boring after a few days.

Recommend for a getaway

Comfortable room, beautiful gardens, with a good breakfast selection that will surely enhance your experience during your stay. The friendly staff are also very helpful when it comes to answering questions about the local area.

small bungalows so you feel you are in a middle of a rainforest or beautiful garden

the room and the grounds were beautiful. the bungalows are a unique touch.

it was a little bit cold at night and the heat in our room didn't work. also, the first room they gave us was at the entrance, in a heavily-traveled area, even though the hotel was empty. however, when we asked, they moved us to a different bungalow

The room was nice, but the pool was very small.

The hotel was clean with a fabulous restaurant. I liked the time in this property.

Very peaceful experience, good value for money

The hotel is set in a fine palm forest. The spacious accommodations offer unique decor elements that reflect local culture and history.

The junior suites were outdated and did not meet expectations given the pricing.

The hotel is a great architectural/design concept and the location is unique. The bungalow rooms are nice, big and clean and the garden where the rooms are located is impressive. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool. BUT....

During our stay of 3 nights the large majority of the other guests was business people: there were several company meetings going on at the hotel. The staff was practically dealing only with those groups. We experienced this as negative and the attitude of the staff was professional but very cold. Laying in the sun at a wonderful swimming pool and having groups of business people walking around in suits and having meetings behind the next door restaurant window was not making us feeling comfortable. There was not bar service at the pool (it was almost 30 degrees). The hotel has all in the house to provide a wonderful stay for everybody but how they did it during our stay, it does not work! Too cold, too anonymous. Big pity!

The gardens were fine. I appreciated how well-maintained the pool area was, with ample shading and comfortable sunbeds.

More assistance at the bar for seniors would help.

everything was perfect, i recommend. the property was clean and unusual and the location was good. the breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious with many delicious plates, enjoyed it. all the staff was very attentive and respectful, fixed my issues.
